Opportunity-to-Result Pilot
Start a Focused Review
Tell us what you would like to improve. NJM will determine whether a focused pilot could create enough value to justify proceeding.
- What does a pilot do?
- Prioritizes realistic opportunities, implements one approved improvement, and measures the result wherever reasonably possible.
- What does it cost?
- Narrow introductory small-business pilots generally begin around $500–$750. Final pricing reflects scope, complexity, workload, and reasonable economic value.
- What do you provide?
- Brief, ordinary business context only—not records, financial statements, or private data.
